Inspired by the music and childhood memories of sax player David Hasselfield, this play was created as a multimedia evening including concert performance, dance, and dialogue drama. The costumes ranged from the 1970s to the present day. The silhouette was important in creating these characters from memory as they appear on stage in conjunction with the narrator's reminiscences from childhood. Pastel colors and a light-handed color palette were used to keep the characters ghost-like, as if from a fuzzy recollection. South Dakota Premiere, new work.
