Rachel Dozier-Ezell is an NYC-based freelance costume designer and costume technician with an added focus in craft artistry and jewelry making. In addition, I possess a background in teaching costume construction, costume design, and crafts at the university level and below. In my free time, I enjoy dancing in the rain.
